Artwork: We accept MAC files (Quark Express, Adobe Illustrator,
PageMaker, PhotoShop etc.) And PC files (CorelDraw, PhotoShop,
Quark Express, Adobe Illustrator etc.).
The background of the image should be at 1/8" larger than the
final size of the mousepad (bleed), and any image or text should
be at least 1/4" away from the edges. Please convert all text
to "curves".
Graphics, for the full color pads, are printed using the four-color
process (CMYK). Please have all scanned or digitized graphics
at 300+DPI so it will reproduce well on the mousepads. When providing
art on disk (either 3.5" floppies or Zip Disk), make sure that
all the fonts are provided (i.e. the font suitcase for truetype
or both printer and creen fonts for Postscript type 1), or convert
the type to outlines in your graphic program.

Note: Although most of the time it is a driver and software issue,
some graphics colors and color combinations (depending on the
color of the mouse laser) such as Deep Maroon or some blues may
effect mouse tracking with some optical mouse. So please make sure
when you design your mousepad to use safe
colors
A source of problems with Optical mouse has been the
pointer/tracking speed. Try changing the Mouse Pointer
Speed? This can be done from the Control Panel:
Control Panel >
Mouse > Pointer
Options > Motion > Click
Enhance Pointer precision and change the speed to a lower
setting.
