Mousepad.com is a business-to-business supplier of custom printed mouse pads, built for companies and organizations that order in bulk rather than one pad at a time. We work with marketing teams, advertising specialty (ASI) distributors, trade show exhibitors, and any business that wants a branded item that actually stays on someone’s desk.
This is not a consumer storefront. Every order is wholesale, quote-based, and sized for real business use — typically starting at 250 units and scaling up to 5,000 or more.

We print custom mouse pads with your logo, artwork, or contact information for use as trade show giveaways, direct mail campaigns, employee onboarding kits, or as an add-on bundled with a product or service you already sell. Customers choose from a range of pad types — hard plastic top, soft cloth top, flip top, oriental rug style, and more — at wholesale, volume-based pricing.
Who We Serve
Our customers are businesses, marketing teams, and organizations placing bulk orders, including advertising specialty distributors, trade show exhibitors, and companies running direct mail or employee gift programs. Individual consumers and single-unit buyers are not a fit for what we do — if you need one pad for your own desk, a retail marketplace is a better option. Pad Types and Customization Options
We offer a wide range of pad styles, including hard plastic top, soft cloth top, flip top, and oriental rug style pads, along with several specialty formats. Every pad is fully customizable in full color with your logo or artwork.
Design Tools and Pre-Made Templates
To speed up ordering, we offer pre-made design templates by industry, along with a self-serve Design Your Own tool for businesses building custom bulk soft top and hard top orders. Coaster pad sets are also available as a bulk add-on for businesses that want to round out an order.
How Wholesale Pricing Works
Pricing is volume-based and starts as low as $1.67 per pad at bulk quantities, dropping further per unit as order size increases. Minimum orders typically start at 250 units. We do not publish single-unit or small-retail pricing because we do not sell at that scale — every quote is built around your actual order size.
